Meet the Team

NANCY
A resident of Boerne since 1991, Nancy and husband Al have built a life for themselves here in the Hill Country. Their children, Austin and Caroline, graduated Boerne High School and are Fightin' Texas Aggie Classes of '11 and '12. Their youngest daughter, Jamie, attends Boerne High School and is the drum major. After 25 years at Southwest Airlines, Nancy was happy to retire and begin working for The Brace Place where she works as a receptionist and office manager with duties including scheduling, bookkeeping, and insurance.

CINDY
Cindy was born in New Mexico, but raised in San Antonio. After graduating John Marshall High School, she attended The University of the Incarnate Word, then San Antonio College of Medical and Dental Assistants where she graduated in 1998. Soon after becoming a registered dental assistant, Cindy began working for The Brace Place where she is responsible for patient charts, records, and scheduling. She also assists Dr. Sprayberry in the Blanco office.

She is married to Jeff, and has two children, Andrew, who is a student at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, and Caris, who is in elementary. She enjoys spending time with her family at the beach, listening to live music and shopping. When she isn't busy with her family, she is continuing her education at Northwest Vista Community College and Texas A&M-San Antonio.

ABBY
For the majority of her life, Abby, has called Boerne home. After graduating Boerne High School in 2001, she attended Schreiner University on an academic scholarship. In 2002, Abby joined Dr. Sprayberry's team as an orthodontic assistant, and she is also responsible for scheduling, patient charts, and inventory.

Abby's husband, Greg, is a Christus Health Senior Enterprise System Administrator. They are the proud parents of Chesney, and Whitney. When not working with her Brace Place team, Abby enjoys boating with her family on Canyon Lake, gardening, and working on her passion, painting.

JUSTINE
Justine was born in Buffalo, Minnesota, and moved to Boerne in 2005. She graduated Boerne High School in 2006, and joined The Brace Place team in 2007 as a registered dental assistant.

When not working chairside for Dr. Sprayberry, Justine is responsible for maintaining patient charts digitally, scheduling, taking records, lab work and sterilizing. On her days off, Justine enjoys spending time with her daughter, Madi.
